The Squid Ink CoPilot is a feature-rich, high-resolution industrial printing system designed to provide a competitive advantage at an entry-level price. It is engineered to withstand harsh industrial environments while delivering superior print quality on both porous and non-porous surfaces.

- High-Resolution Printing: Utilizing Piezo impulse technology, the system prints up to 185 dpi vertical resolution, suitable for razor-sharp logos, text, and scannable barcodes.
- Versatile Substrate Support: The system can run oil-based, solvent-based, or UV-curable inks to print on plastics, glass, metals, and more.
- Industrial Build: Features a durable 4.3″ full-color touchscreen housed in a stainless steel cabinet with industrial-strength printhead construction.
- Print Capacity: Offers a maximum print height of 0.7″ (1.8 cm) per printhead, with the ability to upgrade to a second printhead.
- Advanced Software: Messages are managed via Orion™ PC Software, which supports 2D barcodes, multiple resident fonts, and sixteen different counters.

- Flexible Connectivity: Users can transfer messages via Ethernet or USB; the system also supports wireless networking and control through a central Orion print station.
