The CoPilot 256 is a world-class, industrial hi-resolution ink jet printing system designed to print superior quality characters on both porous and non-porous surfaces. It serves as an integral part of day-to-day packaging operations, capable of printing on both sides of a substrate in a single pass.

- High-Resolution Printing: Utilizes piezo impulse printhead technology to print at 185 dpi (vertical) and 205 dpi (horizontal), suitable for razor-sharp graphics, text, and scannable bar codes.
- Print Dimensions: Offers up to 1.4″ of print height per head, with a total capability of 2.8″.
- Versatile Ink Library: Runs oil-based, solvent-based, or UV curable inks. It can print on various substrates including coated cartons, plastics, glass, metals, and shrink wrap.
- Rugged Build: Features industrial-strength printhead construction and a durable 4.3″ full-color touchscreen designed for harsh production floors.
- Message Management: Uses Orion™ PC Software for message creation. Messages can be transferred via USB, Ethernet, wireless, or an optional Windows® tablet.
